The first game highlighted during the Inside Xbox presentation at Gamescom 2019 was Blair Witch. A collaboration between Lionsgate Games and Bloober Team, the developers behind Layers of Fear and Observer, Blair Witch looks like it will focus on a law enforcement official who is investigating the original Blair Witch disappearances.
From the trailer shown during Inside Xbox, it seems like players will have to navigate the Black Hills with his K-9 unit, manage his relationship with said dog, and also withstand hallucinations typical not only of Blair Witch Project fame but also of past Bloober Team games.
Blair Witch will come to Xbox One and Microsoft Windows on August 30.
